2. No Return Policy
We do not accept returns on any products sold on maguva.online.
All items are thoroughly inspected and quality-checked before dispatch. As these are women’s clothing products, we do not accept returns due to hygiene and resale concerns.
3. No Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Orders are processed immediately for quick dispatch. Please review your cart carefully before checkout.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Item Policy
All products are double quality-checked before shipping, and proper packaging is done to avoid any damage during transit.
We will only consider complaints in the following rare cases:
- If you receive a completely wrong item
- If the item has a major manufacturing defect (not size issue, color variation, or personal dislike)
To raise a complaint:
- You must contact us within 12 hours of delivery.

- Phone calls will not be accepted for complaints.
- A clear unboxing video (starting from sealed package opening) is mandatory.
- Complaints without unboxing video will not be considered.
- Claims made after 12 hours will not be accepted.
Minor thread variations, color difference due to lighting, fitting issues, or personal preference are not considered defects.
The final decision will be made by Maguva Collections after verification.
5. Cancellation by Seller
In rare cases, if a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, or if delivery is not possible due to operational reasons, we reserve the right to cancel the order. A full refund will be processed to the original mode of payment within 1–3 business days.
